My Vessel.
My Preliminary Designs.
Clay Vessel Reflection.
1. The good/strong parts of my clay is the engraving on the Honey Badger's throne because it looks cool.
2. I think I could've made it more even and smooth because the arms of the chair is not even.
3. My vessel's about the size of a tiny honey badger throne. It's general form is a miny throne. I chose this form because I wanted a throne for my honey badger I made last year.
4. The purpose of my project is to hold my honey badger because he is a king and he doesn't care.
5. There's more of a focus on rythem on the engraving because there's vines running off the letters.
6. I learned that working on the pottery wheel requires a lot of patience.
7. The process of the throne was that first I started with the back of the throne, then I did the sides of the chair and last I did the bottom and the engraving.
8. I think this was a good project because it lets you use your imagination on what you want to make and it teaches you how to work with the clay.
